Baked Tortilla Chips

  • Small Corn Tortillas (Around 6 inches)
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Kosher Salt, Table Salt, or Himalayan Pink Salt
  • Cooking Spray


  • Position a rack in the middle of the oven
  • Preheat oven to 350ºF/177ºC/Gas Mark 4 and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside
  • Using a pastry brush, spread a little bit of vegetable oil on each corn tortilla
  • Cut each tortilla in half, and then in half again, making four pieces from each tortilla
  • Place the tortillas on the baking sheet, making sure that they do not touch in order to get it to be crispy
  • Sprinkle a little bit of your preferred salt on the chips
  • Bake it in the oven for 12-15 minutes
  • After brown and crispy, remove from the oven and allow it to cool
  • Munch away or serve the chips with my fresh Easy Mild Salsa! Enjoy!
