Baked Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
- Small Corn Tortillas (Around 6 inches)
- Vegetable Oil
- Kosher Salt, Table Salt, or Himalayan Pink Salt
- Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Position a rack in the middle of the oven
- Preheat oven to 350ºF/177ºC/Gas Mark 4 and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside
- Using a pastry brush, spread a little bit of vegetable oil on each corn tortilla
- Cut each tortilla in half, and then in half again, making four pieces from each tortilla
- Place the tortillas on the baking sheet, making sure that they do not touch in order to get it to be crispy
- Sprinkle a little bit of your preferred salt on the chips
- Bake it in the oven for 12-15 minutes
- After brown and crispy, remove from the oven and allow it to cool
