Easy Mild Salsa


  • 1 28-ounce Hunt’s Whole Peeled Plum Tomatoes
  • 1 Small Yellow Onion, Peeled and Roughly Chopped
  • 5 Jalapeno Peppers, De-stemmed and Chopped
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic, Peeled and Finely Chopped
  • 1 ½ Ground Cumin
  • 1 ½ Salt
  • ¼ to 1 Sugar
  • A handful of Cilantro Leaves, Remove Stems
  • 4 Tbsp Lime Juice


  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse until texture is smooth
  • Taste the salsa and add more Jalapeno peppers, based on your own preference
  • Additionally, add more spice and/or sugar as you desire
  • Pour the sauce in an airtight container and place it in the refrigerator for a day or two prior to using
  • Serve the salsa with chips and enjoy!
